Published by Sierra Monica P. on September 2, 2014 under Home
If you enjoy assembling furniture items by yourself, this new tool shouldn’t miss from your DIY toolbox. The 4V MAX is a new electric screwdriver launched by BLACK+DECKER, which can be charged via USB.
The full name of the tool is the 4V MAX Lithium Pivot Screwdriver (model BDCS40BI) suggesting you it rotates 90 degrees to enable inline and pistol-grip orientations. This makes it great for tight spaces, while the over-molded handle and the ergonomic finger grip following your hand contour make it comfortable to use during long tasks.
The screwdriver comes with a bit holder and a kit of accessories including bits, screws, nails, and hooks and wire.
You can charge it using the included USB wall charger or from a computer through a micro USB to USB charging cable. The charging state is shown on an indicator on the tool and you can operate it for 18 months from a full charge.
You’ll find the 4V MAX Lithium Pivot Screwdriver at Amazon at $39.99.
