US-based Sony Ericsson fans have the chance to get their hands on the new Sony Ericsson C510 Cyber-shot camera phone introduced at the beginning of this year and use the cool functionality encountered in digital cameras,known as the Smile Shutter. This allows you capture the image only when one of the subjects is smiling.
Advertised as the most affordable Cyber-shot cell phone and an enhancement of the already famous Sony Ericsson C905, the new bar-style handset released worldwide comes with a high-resolution 3.2MP Cyber-shot camera, 3.2x digital zoom, Face Detection, Auto-rotation for landscape mode, HP Snapfish for sending print orders, YouTube, Photo Fix, SMS conversation style for saving SMS history, slide-in lens, and the highly-required autofocus.
The music player has Album Art, Mega Bass, PlayNow, TrackID, Bleutooth stereo and music tones.
In addition to being a hot camera phone and great music player, the Sony Ericsson C510 allows you to browse the web on the 2.2-inch scratch-resistant display with the Acces NetFront browser, get web feeds and access photo feeds.
Communication enhancements include the speakerphone and video calling.
Also, the user can send and receive emails, record audio, chat, change wallpapers, listen to the FM radio with RDS, and geotagg images with location data.
In case the internal memory of 100MB is not enough for storing your favorite media files, you have the possibility to expand it via a Memory Stick Micro card.
Like most of the Sony Ericsson handsets, it too provides a long talk time, of up to 10 hours, with 400 hours of standby.
