The Xbox gaming console that you see in the image was designed by CrystalRoc. They were commissioned by Microsoft to customize the gaming console, decorating it with lots of beautiful sparkling Swarovski Crystals, more exactly 11,520 individual crystals.
It took about 70 hours of to create the Xbox like this and only a few units were made.
