Wocket was launched at the Consumer Electronics Show in January as the smart wallet that protects your identity by replacing all the cards you used to keep in your regular wallet.
The wallet doesn’t require a smartphone, apps or cloud and works in all the places where credit cards are accepted. It operates only with the owner’s biometric stamp of approval. The data stored on it is encrypted on a tamper-proof chip. You can still use a smartphone app just to configure the wallet and install firmware updates.
What you can keep in it includes credit cards, debit cards, loyalty cards, gift cards, ID cards, membership cards, insurance, tickets, medical data, and passwords.
If you want the Wocket, you have to apply for an exclusive invite on the official website. Wocket was available for pre-orders for $149.99.
