WattStation Connect: Manage Electric Car Chargers via the Smartphone

Remember WattStation? A while ago I was telling you about the charging station that would revolutionize the way electric vehicles charge. Now the news is that GE haven been working on a software suite meant to allow you to manage charging through your smartphone, using WattStation Connect.
Having this software suite installed on the handset would also allow you to monitor energy costs as well as set prices, get directions to nearby chargers, or find out which unit is open. According to GE, the charging station connects to the Internet via 3G, Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
