The new Sony Ericsson Aspen is a stylish cell phone optimized for mobile productivity, messaging and multimedia, being included in the company’s GreenHeart series of eco-focused handsets.
It is a Windows phone with support for multi-tasking, touch input and a QWERTY keyboard for composing emails and other types of messages, but one key feature is the Microsoft MyPhone service through which users can erase all the phone’s data remotely, in case the handset is stolen or lost.
Another cool service is PlayNow, which gives you access to fun applications including music and fun games.

Specifications include the built-in 3.2MP camera with multi-shot, self-timer, 4x digital zoom and smart contrast, as well as music features like album art, Bluetooth stereo support, equalizer, music tones in MP3 and AAC, built-in stereo speakers and the Windows Media Player Mobile.

While online you can bookmark your favorite sites for quick access, search anything with Google Search in Internet Explorer Mobile, pan and zoom web pages, and get web feeds.

Sony Ericsson Aspen also comes with Microsoft Exchange ActiveSynch, handwriting recognition, instant messaging, auto-rotate in landscape and portrait modes, picture wallpaper, wallpaper animation,support for 3D games, FM radio with RDS, Skype, video streaming, the Microsoft Office Mobile productivity suite, Wi-Fi, A-GPS, and lots of useful and fun applications pre-loaded.
It will be available in select countries from Q2 coming in White Silver and Iconic Black.
