Remote Shutter Button for Android and iOS Smartphones

I wrote a while ago about a remote camera shutter for smartphones that looked good but was pricey. This time I want to show you the cheaper version of such a mobile accessory, which you can purchase online.
The R-sim Smart Bluetooth Remote Shutter connects to your Android or iOS smartphone through Bluetooth (3.0) and lets you take photos from up to 10 meters away from the phone, without the need of a dedicated app. It works with handsets running iOS 6.0/ Android 4.2.2 and above and is small in size, allowing you to attach it to the keychain.
You can get it in black or white and to use the remote shutter function you have to get ready in front of the camera and click either the iOS dedicated button or the Android button. The small gadget also supports multiple camera phones at the same time and the battery lasts up to 5 years if you take 100 shots per day.
I suggest you to try this gadget with a tripod for your smartphone. You can get a tripod adapter and set the phone on a mini tripod or a regular one.
Buy it from DX.com for $6.13.
