Panasonic DMP-B15 Portable Blu-ray Player

Panasonic launched the world’s first portable Blu-ray disc player called the DMP-B15. It allows you to play High Definition video content on an 8.9-inch LCD display and also provides access to the Internet via VIERA CAST in addition to the BD Live functionality.
Panasonic DMP-B15 has an SD memory card slot which allows you to play your favorite video files while on the go and offers a high level of color reproduction.

You can browse through select web sites such as Amazon Video-on-Demand with over 40,000 videos, YouTube, Google Picasa Web Album, Bloomberg, as well as a special weather channel where you can stay up to date with the latest forecasts in order to plan your trips accordingly.

The portable Blu-ray player powers from a rechargeable battery that operates continuously for up to 2.5 hours and can be connected to an HDTV via the HDMI cable, or to an AV receiver with HD audio. You can set it in your car using the optional headrest mounting bracket.

Panasonic DMP-B15 is available starting this month at a retail price of $799.95.
