Masunaga Wink Glasses Could Prevent the Dry Eye Syndrome

I don’t know how many of you know this, but when you work at the computer for a long period of time, you blink less often and, in time, that causes the dry eye syndrome and, when you feel the sting or burn sensation, you end up using eye drops. To prevent this from happening, someone in Japan created these wink glasses called the Masunaga Wink Glasses.
I can’t tell if it’s helpful or annoying to wear them, but according to the description, the glasses feature a blink sensor which detects when you haven’t blinked in five seconds and fogs up one of the lens.
The wink glasses seem to have been designed to prevent the user from falling asleep but I think the main benefit would be to prevent getting the dry eye syndrome. The glasses are described as being lightweight and compact, while the built-in battery lasts for up to eight hours. You can also power them via USB, keeping the glasses connected to the laptop you’re working at.
Masunaga Wink Glasses are available for purchase for $331 at JapanTrendShop.
