HP launched a bunch of new laptop computers lately including this beautiful HP Mini 110 by Studio Tord Boontje. It is a designer mini laptop computer featuring the 3D PC Surface Technology known as HP Imprint 3-D, which consists of adding multiple layers on the cover to create a floating effect for the dominant image and the sensation of depth for the other elements.
In this case, the Dutch designer chose plants and animals to share his environmental philosophies with the others. To sustain this idea, the packaging and other elements are printed using soy-based and water-based inks. The outer box as well as the cushions are made 100% from recycled materials.

HP Mini 110 by Studio Tord Boontje is a lightweight laptop at 2.68 pounds, equipped with a 10.1-inch mercury-free LED display, a full-size keyboard and the Windows 7 Starter operating system. Users also get personalization options including 15 wallpapers, a nice screen saver, the Stardock MyColors desktop theme, a PVC-free wireless mouse and a special handbag made from natural materials.

The mini laptop measures only 1 inch in thickness and includes the Windows Live Writer desktop icon for people who like blogging about things. The icon provides direct access to popular social networking web sites.
It will be available for purchase starting October 18 for $399.
