Cute Charms Giveaway!
Editor: Sierra Monica B. under: Home » Product Reviews and Giveaways » Cute Charms Giveaway!
Hi girls and guys! This time we want to give away these 3 cute charms to one of you who will be randomly chosen. Although girls are the ones that love to accessorize their things, sometimes guys lack inspiration when having to look for a nice gift for a girl.
We have the green key charm, a boy and a girl with large glasses that look really sweet as a pair, from Accessory Geeks, an online provider of cool cell phone accessories designed for the most popular cell phone brands including Apple, LG, Nokia, Samsung and Sony Ericsson.
There you can find almost anything you need to enhance your handset’s look and get more from its features. You can start with an eye-catching fur pouch with a gold chain strap and continue with a charger, battery, data cables, antenna, Bluetooth headset and some nice charms so you can use a new one every day.
Accessory Geeks is a company that believes in sustainability and launched a new ecological campaign called the GO GREEN PROJECT, which involves offering a 15% coupon for the next purchase to each person from US or Canada who sends them used plastic cases for recycling.
More than that, the store introduced a new biodegradable product designed for iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS models. The Original Ventev Element Apple iPhone 3G 3Gs Liquid Case – Transparent Clear that you see in the images is a clear case that not only enables extra protection for the handset, but also adds a glass-like look reflecting the light via a very subtle mirror finish.
Unlike silicone cases, it is made from natural, renewable wood pulp, also known as Naturacell, which is non-toxic, non-irritating and phthalate-free.
Phthalates are used in plastic materials to increase flexibility and transparency among others, but despite these benefits they are volatile and can produce allergies when in high concentrations. For this reason they were removed from many products in Europe and United States.
The 100% biodegradable case for the iPhone allows access to all of the ports, buttons and speakers of the handset. It practically replaces your plastic case with a green one and is available for a reasonable price of $16.99.
Now let’s take a look at the accessories we have for you.
Here are three charms that you can attach to your cell phone, purse, bag or any other item with zipper or tiny hole: the green Luminous Key with Clover, the Geeky Boy With Black Glasses and the Geeky Girl With Red Glasses.
The question you’ll have to answer by September 5 to get a chance to win is:
Have you ever used a similar recycling program like the one described above and what do you think about it? (I know, there are 2 questions.
)
Don’t forget to enter a valid email address so we can contact you if you are the winner. Also, if you would like to receive email updates with news and giveaways you could subscribe to our newsletter.
The giveaway has ended! You can check the winner here.
We want to thank Accessory Geeks for providing the cell phone charms for the giveaway and for the editor!

no , but it sounds great

Thanks a lot!

I haven’t used a recycling program like this one before but I think it’s a great idea and an ingenious way to help the environment and have some stylin’ gadgets!
I really like this idea of offering a discount for future purchases when you send in a used plastic case, that you may otherwise toss out. I’m really happy to see companies that are looking for ways to help us go green. Thanks so much.
I haven’t ever used a recycling program such as this before but I think it’s a great idea. People are always upgrading, and how many cases do you need sitting around the house anyway? Excellent idea to recycle and get a discount on your next purchase. Great incentive too!

No, I have never even heard of a similar recycling program like the one described above.
THIS IS REALLY CUTE,
I WOULD LIKE TO WIN THIS
no i havent thanks
I haven’t used a recycling service since we live out in the middle of no where and there aren’t any close by. I would if I could.
I have not used it. I am just learning about recycling and trying to be more “green”.

I haven’t used this type of recycling project, it sounds great, but when we have changed cell phones 2x we hand them in to the local food bank (they get credit for them) and they are then shipped to a company that makes them emergency ready for women in need. This feels good since it helps more than 1 and I encourage others to check if there is something similar in their area
I have not used a recycling program like this, but I think it sounds pretty nifty.
I HAVEN’T USED ANYTHING LIKE THIS, BUT IT SOUNDS FANTASTIC.
I haven’t used it. But worth trying on it =)
No, but recycling would be really great:)
and at least also can benefit us and the environment:)
I haven’t, but it is helpful for the environment.
I have never used a recycling program, or even heard of one, til now. Sounds pretty cool and if it helps keep those pesky Phthalates out of children’s mouths, then I am all for it! Those things are wrecking the American Crafter’s life.
And those charms are just cute enough that my highschooler will love them!
This recycling program is used at several local supermarkets when it comes to plastic bags; however, they give you a nickel for each bag you return. My family participates in this. We also do the normal- recycle paper, plastic, cardboard, etc, and we deposit cans and bottles (does that count?) Anyways, I think it’s a great idea because it offers an incentive for something that should be done more.
Thanks for hosting this giveaway! These charms are really cute :)
For awhile my husband was working in an office that threw away oodles of ink cartridges. We collected them and took them to Office Max. They gave us a $3 credit for each one! We haven’t had to buy any office supplies for months!
These are very cute!
I live in Utah, which is not a green state. I recycle everything there is available to recycle. I really liked helping the Earth. We are such a wasteful society, and Earth needs all the help we can give! What a great idea to recycle phone cases. :)
I never heard of a similar recycling program.Anything we all can do to help the earth and atmosphere is definately a plus for all people.
Never used it but it seems like a great idea!
I’ve never used this type of recycling method before but I’ve recycled newspaper into cardboards before.
Well to be honest, I’ve never used a program like that. We did have a community recycling program in the old town where I lived, but not since I’ve moved here. My area in the state seems a little ignorant about recycling to be honest. =/
We have a lot of malls here, and there are certain depositaries of unused cellphone batteries. Sounds weird, but considering we are the top texting country in the world, you have no idea how many unused batteries get discarded everday
Old cell phones donated to abused womens shelters that are then activated to dial emergency numbers. The program reaches women that might not have access to another way to get help.
The accessories are so cute!!
I have never used recycling program before. But I’m doing my part for recycling and protecting our EARTH. The GO GREEN PROJECT is cool and I hope more people around the world will learn to be environmental friendly :)

I have never used a recycling program like this but it is trully brilliant and well thought out!
I have never use a similar recycling program like the one described above. I wish it’s available in my country. The program is great, I think =)

I’ve never heard of a recycling project like this. I think it’s great and would use it if there was one close by.
The only recycling program I use right now is for paper-I buy paper made from recycled products

I’ve used programs similar where I donate my glasses, clothes, etc. so they can be re-made and donated to the needy. I think they are amazing ideas. We don’t need this stuff anymore so why don’t we give it away?
hurricaneharinder@yahoo.com
I haven’t used a recycling program like this one before-but it’s a great idea. We need to keep more out of our local trash and recycle.

I haven’t used tis kindof recycling program, but it sounds interesting.
I have use a lot of recycyling programs,we gae n our empty inks, take cans ,bottes etc even our old computers for the schools.
I’ve never used a recycling program like that, but it sounds like a good idea.
I have used few recycling programs which includes recycling paper, empty tins n cans & also spectacles where they recycle it and give it to the Children with Special Needs. All these are amazing initiative. I believe each and every one should make an initiative and help the people out there who really need it !!
No, I have never used this idea. I think it is great! I like to learn new ideas and tips. I recycle cans and newspapers.
I’ve never heard it before but it’s very interesting and I love all the green ideas!

I have never used a similar program, but I’m certainly all for recycling – particularly when I can get a discount for doing the right thing
I’ve been recycling my phones and other electronics for years with no reimbursement. It’s important to do.
I’ve never used a program like that. We do recycle our old ink cartridges and donate any old electronics. I think this is a really great idea.
I have not used a recycling program like this one, but think it’s a great idea. Plastic cell phone covers are often discarded in the trash either due to breakage or because the owner wants a new style. A program such as this was definitely needed.
