Chibion Touch Baby Skin Thermometer

With Chibion Touch you can check your baby’s temperature by simply touching the skin. The innovative device, awarded by iF in 2012 for the design, is a skin thermomemter created for babies as an nonintrusive method to check the body temperature. It was developed by Pigeon and designed by tripod design in Japan.

To check the temperature, parents neeed to touch the baby’s forehead with the device for one second and the readings can be seen on the display.

I couldn’t find in in a US store, but it is available in Russia for about $174.
