This would perfectly fit in a category called Crazy Gadgets. It is the world’s first cell phone with built-in lighter to light your cigarettes.
There is a sliding lid on the back of the handset, at the bottom, that covers the gold lighter and as you slide it out it starts to heat.

We learned from the description that it’s a quad-band cell phone called SB6309 sporting a 2.4-inch QVGA LCD display, featuring MP3 and MP4 player, Bluetooth wireless connectivity, built-in FM radio, and built-in 1.3MP digital camera with video recording.
The handset has Dual SIM Dual Standby capability, meaning you can keep two SIM cards from different telecommunication providers active simultaneously.
